400 Commitment
Commitment takes faithfulness. In the Hebrew faithfulness is ‘emeth’ which means commitment, reliability, stability, and truth, as in divine truth. The theme of this message is Genesis 1:1. Think there’s not much message material in that verse? Think again!
How does this;
Rev 22:13 I am the 'Aleph' and the 'Tav,' the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End."
Tie together with this;
Gen 1:1 In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.
Gen 1:1 בראשׁית ברא אלהים את השׁמים ואת הארץ׃
The English translation does not do the first line of scripture the proper understanding it deserves. In verse one each word carries tremendous depth. Each word is deeply profound. Each word and its meaning provides the reader a clearer meaning to what Yehovah was showing us with these seven words. Once you understand each Hebrew word you begin to walk along a path that leads you to the Aleph and the Tav, to the first and the last, the beginning and the end.
When someone writes an advertisement they want to capture the reader in the first moments they are reading. When Yehovah wrote these seven words He truly did capture our attention if you understand the meanings of each word. When writing a love letter to your beloved the first words can draw the one the letter is written to in a certain state of mind that the writer wants to convey. This is what Yehovah has done so very skillfully in this very first line of His love letter to us His beloved. In this message you find how these 7 words tie together the seven Holy days, the seven blessings in Genesis 12 and so much more.
