Scripture: 2 Corinthians 5:1-10

 

SYNOPSIS: Today’s HaShabbat lesson is going to focus on what is really the purpose of each person’s soul. We are going to explore what part of us is going to be in court. We are going to explore the word Nephesh and what does the “Nun” stand for? We are going to see what proverbs says about the soul. Finally we will see what Messiah says about our souls and repayment!

 

HASHABBAT LESSON 1: YOUR SOUL IN COURT. 2 Corinthians 5:1-10 Each soul will enter Messiah’s court for judgment. Rev 22:15. 2Co 5:1-2, 4, 6. Yesha’yahu (Isa) 66:22-24 our souls will be doing these two things at minimum. 2Co 5:6, 8, 9-10

Psalm 19:7-11 The soul desires this reward…this is why Sha’ul wrote 2 cor 5. Vayikra (Lev) 26:9-15 YEHOVAH’S SOUL will not reject us if. Pro 13:4, 19:8, 19:16 24:12, 24:14. Mattiyahu (Mat) 16:25-27 repay everyone according to their soul

HASHABBAT LESSON 2: THE DIAMOND LOOK AT THE SOUL. Vayikra (Lev) 23:26-32 you are to humble your soul

KEY V: Lev 23:32  It will be for you a Shabbat of complete rest, and you are to deny yourselves; you are to rest on your Shabbat from evening the ninth day of the month until the following evening."

The letter nun is often said to mean and resemble a fish

 

Nun refers to universal life, changing continuously but always remaining the same, just as the flowing of water.

Lev 26:11  I will put my tabernacle among you, and (MY SOUL) I will not reject you,

Pro 19:16  He who keeps the commandment keeps his soul, But he who is careless of conduct will die.

 

Pro 24:12  If you say, "See, we did not know this," Does He not consider it who weighs the hearts? And does He not know it who keeps your soul? And will He not render to man according to his work?

 

Pro 24:14  Know that wisdom is thus for your soul; If you find it, then there will be a future, And your hope will not be cut off.

 

Mattiyahu (Mat) 16:25-27 repay everyone according to their soul

Mat 16:25  "For whoever wishes to save his life will lose it; but whoever loses his life for My sake will find it.

Mat 16:26  "For what will it profit a man if he gains the whole world and forfeits his soul? Or what will a man give in exchange for his soul?

Mat 16:27  "For the Son of Man is going to come in the glory of His Father with His angels, and WILL THEN REPAY EVERY MAN ACCORDING TO HIS DEEDS.
