864 communicating with GOD

 

Verses: Yochanan (Jn) 11:38-44 I say this.

 

SYNOPSIS: Can prayer heal your body? Can prayer put chemicals into your body? What happens to your mind when you pray? What is prayer: The most basic definition of prayer is “talking to ELOHIM.” Prayer is not meditation or passive reflection; it is direct address to ELOHIM. It is the communication of the human soul with the Lord who created the soul. Prayer is the primary way for the believer in YESHUA to communicate their emotions and desires with ELOHIM and to fellowship with ELOHIM. Let us look today at COMMUNICATING EFFECTIVELY TO YEHOVAH.

Luke 11:1 teach us how to communicate effectively with YEHOVAH.

Luk 11:1  One time Yeshua was in a certain place praying. As he finished, one of the talmidim said to him, "Sir, teach us to pray, just as Yochanan taught his talmidim." 

 

The cells that make up the tissue of the pineal gland in humans and other mammals include hormone-producing pinealocytes and the supportive interstitial cells. Nerve cells, or neurons, might influence the pinealocytes by secreting specific chemicals called neurotransmitters.

 

Prayer, if done for at least 12 minutes daily on a regular basis, may slow the age-related decline of the frontal lobe.

 

The frontal lobe is the part of the brain that controls important cognitive skills in humans, such as emotional expression, problem solving, memory, language, judgment, and sexual behaviors. It is, in essence, the “control panel” of our personality and our ability to communicate.

The Limbic System, the primitive or “reptilian” region of the brain, is deactivated by prayer that gives us comfort and reduces stress. This region includes the amygdala, hippocampus, hypothalamus, septal area, and cingulate cortex. The limbic system is associated with anger, guilt, anxiety, depression, fear, resentment, and pessimism.

D’varim (Deut) 6:1-7 pray this two times a day.

Deu 6:7  and you are to teach them carefully to your children. You are to talk about them when you sit at home, when you are traveling on the road, when you lie down and when you get up.
