986 WHAT IS THE CONNECTION BETWEEN MESSIAH AND THE TABERNACLE?

 

BIBLE: Yochanan (Jn) 14:1-6 YESHUA said HE was three things.

 

SYNOPSIS: Today’s lesson we are making a deep dive into the total word of ELOHIM. We will find an amazing connection between the three words YESHUA said the way…the truth…and the life and the Tabernacle in the desert. YESHUA said HE was three things in our cornerstone verse for this lesson, HE said I am the WAY, The TRUTH, The LIFE. Let us look at those 3 words in Hebrew to fully understand what YESHUA is saying. How those 3 words line up with the 3 sections of the Mishkan “Tabernacle”. How those 3 words line up with the 6 pieces of holy items found in those 3 sections of tabernacle. Get your notebook ready this is going to be an amazing journey.

Ref. 1Pe 2:9  But you are a chosen people, the King's cohanim, a holy nation, a people for God to possess! Why? In order for you to declare the praises of the One who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light. 

 

Ref. Jer 6:16  Here is what Adonai says: "Stand at the crossroads and look; ask about the ancient paths, 'Which one is the good way?' Take it, and you will find rest for your souls. But they said, 'We will not take it.'

B’resheet (Gen) 1:30 your soul.

Gen 1:30  And to every wild animal, bird in the air and creature crawling on the earth, in which there is a living soul, I am giving as food every kind of green plant." And that is how it was. 

 

LIVING SOUL - LIFE: H5315 נפשׁ nephesh BDB Definition: 1) soul, self, life, creature, person, appetite, mind, living being, desire, emotion, passion 2) that which breathes, the breathing substance or being, soul, the inner being of man 3) the man himself, self, person or individual 4) seat of emotions and passions 5) activity of mind

 

 

Sh’mot (Ex) 25:8-9 live among us.

Exo 25:8  "They are to make me a sanctuary, so that I may live among them. 

Exo 25:9  You are to make it according to everything I show you—the design of the tabernacle and the design of its furnishings. This is how you are to make it.

Yochanan (Jn) 8:2-4 the court of judgement.

Joh 8:2  At daybreak, he appeared again in the Temple Court, where all the people gathered around him, and he sat down to teach them.

Joh 8:3  The Torah-teachers and the P'rushim brought in a woman who had been caught committing adultery and made her stand in the center of the group.

Joh 8:4  Then they said to him, "Rabbi, this woman was caught in the very act of committing adultery. 

 

Sh’mot (Ex) 28:43 are you dressed in righteousness.

Exo 28:43  Aharon and his sons are to wear them when they go into the tent of meeting and when they approach the altar to minister in the Holy Place, so that they won't incur guilt and die. This is to be a perpetual regulation, both for him and for his descendants.

Rom 12:1  I exhort you, therefore, brothers, in view of God's mercies, to offer yourselves as a sacrifice, living and set apart for God. This will please him; it is the logical "Temple worship" for you.

Rom 12:2  In other words, do not let yourselves be conformed to the standards of the `olam hazeh. Instead, keep letting yourselves be transformed by the renewing of your minds; so that you will know what God wants and will agree that what he wants is good, satisfying and able to succeed. 

 

Revelation 22:14 wash yourself clean.

Rev 22:14  How blessed are those who wash their robes, so that they have the right to eat from the Tree of Life and go through the gates into the city! 

 

Luke 4:3-4 not on bread alone

Luk 4:3  The Adversary said to him, "If you are the Son of God, order this stone to become bread."

Luk 4:4  Yeshua answered him, "The Tanakh says, 'Man does not live on bread alone.' " 

 

Revelation 2:5 you have turned and have the light.

Rev 2:5  Therefore, remember where you were before you fell, turn from this sin, and do what you used to do before. Otherwise, I will come to you and remove your menorah from its place—if you don't turn from your sin! 

 

Revelation 5:8 prayers of ELOHIM’S people.

Rev 5:8  When he took the scroll, the four living beings and the twenty-four elders fell down in front of the Lamb. Each one held a harp and gold bowls filled with pieces of incense, which are the prayers of God's people; 

 

Hebrews 9:4 the way the truth and the life.

Heb 9:4  which had the golden altar for burning incense and the Ark of the Covenant, entirely covered with gold. In the Ark were the gold jar containing the man, Aharon's rod that sprouted and the stone Tablets of the Covenant;
